Privacy Policy
Who we are
Bridgeway Access is a digital accessibility consulting company based near the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho area. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information you provide through our website.
What information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly through our website. There are two ways this happens.
Contact form
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and your message. Our contact form is powered by Formspree, which stores submissions on our behalf.
Appointment scheduling
When you book a meeting through our website, we collect your name, email address, your chosen time, and any notes you add. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com.
WordPress and hosting
Our website runs on WordPress. Our web host automatically collects standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and pages you visited. These logs are used for security and performance only.
We do not use advertising tracking, remarketing pixels, or behavioral analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and run meetings, and deliver our accessibility consulting services. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the third-party services listed above — Formspree, Cal.com, and our web host — and only to the extent needed to operate our website and services. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and scheduling data for up to two years, or until the matter is resolved and no longer needed. Server logs are typically overwritten within 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, email hello@bridgewayaccess.co and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we hold and the right to have it deleted. Because we do not sell data, the opt-out right does not apply, but all other CCPA rights do.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS. We use reputable third-party services with their own security practices, and we limit access to your data to people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify existing clients by email.
Contact
If you have questions about this policy or your personal data, email us at hello@bridgewayaccess.co.
